At Quantum Movement, our mission is to be the one-stop shop for all your athletic performance needs. We specialize in biomechanical analysis of movement to optimize movement patterns for our athletes and general population clients. Our team of experts combines detailed mechanical analysis, innovative performance training, and sports recovery to help you reach your goals and perform at your best.
Our Methodology
Quantum Movement bridges the gap between strength and conditioning and the sport itself. We work very closely with technique and skill trainers to help the athlete achieve the most optimal movement mechanics within the sport. Building an athlete with a solid foundation of proper movement mechanics is our first job here at Quantum Movement. This training philosophy has been years in the making, a combination of the principles from the best coaches and mentors around the world.

Assess
Before starting, we apply a proper movement analysis to determine a client’s movement capability. Weakness in movement capability will increase the risk of injury and our analysis helps us write preventative programs.

Correct
Fixing Movement Mechanics (Running, Jumping, Cutting, Squatting, Bending, etc.) is the number one priority for our team. Not only will we fix movement mechanics and improve performance, we will help reduce injury risk.

Progress
Progress movement patterns so that a client is able to adapt to different situations on and off the field and in their everyday life.

Recover
Recovery is an essential part of physiological and psychological growth. Overtraining can weaken even the most elite level athletes. Our recovery sessions allow our athletes to optimize each training session, and in return maximize their results without pain holding them back.
