Recovery
In order to achieve the most out of our training sessions, it’s essential that we go into every session as close to 100% as possible. Movement restrictions, pain, and exhaustion are variables that hinder our capacity to produce maximum effort. The purpose of training is to be better than yesterday’s version of ourselves, and proper recovery allows us to get the most out of sessions. Recovery isn’t exclusive just the athlete, we all know life can be the toughest game of all. Our recovery protocols don’t just maximize our sessions, it maximizes quality of life.
Fight/Combat Camps
Combat Sports Athletes face a unique challenge preparing for elite competition while managing nutrition, skills, and conditioning. Quantum Combat Camps aim to prepare athlete’s for maximal output for the strength, power and speed demands of their event. Programming is made custom to an athlete's skills, strategy and opponent.

Team Development
Optimize your team's performance with our programming customized for your team's needs. Led by seasoned coaches, we teach your athletes the fundamental mechanics needed to become an efficient and injury-free athlete - because we understand that the greatest asset an athlete has is their availability. These mechanics include but are not limited to deceleration and acceleration mechanics, change of direction, and sprint mechanics. Our programs follow block-style periodization methods, where each training block (~4 weeks) emphasizes the development of one performance attribute such as strength, power, speed etc. Our expertise in combining high-level biomechanics with appropriate athlete loading can transform your team's preparedness as well as guide them in athletic development. A New Way to Learn and Train
Quantum Movement Prep is the first ever all-inclusive, homeschool middle school development program.
The program will concentrate on setting up a good foundation for the student-athlete to be successful in high school and beyond utilizing the home school program.

Our education director, Shanay Howard, will help the athlete build strong academic habits that will keep them eligible for their scholarship opportunities. Quantum Movement will help the athlete make the years of middle school the most productive to help the athlete's body translate and get ready for high school.
